FOUR MILLIBARS SINCE YESTERDAY AT LIHUE...AN ENCOURAGING SIGNAL OF

STILL SHOWS ACTIVE HEAVY RAIN CELLS IN VICINITY OF KAUAI BUT
BELIEVE THESE SHOULD WEAKEN AND END ITS FLOODING THREAT BY MIDNIGHT.
ALTHO MODELS PERSIST IN KEEPING A TROUGH WEST OF THE ISLANDS AND
SOME SHOWERS NEAR KAUAI  MOST OTHER ISLANDS SHOULD ENJOY
