AFTERNOON... AND MEANDER AROUND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THROUGH TONIGHT. A
WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE ALOFT...WILL BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED
INTO AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE.

.PRIMARY HAZARD...
THE PRIMARY HAZARD WILL BE OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING. THE BEST TIME WILL
BE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

.DISCUSSION...
MOISTURE IN THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE...WILL COMBINE WITH
AFTERNOON INSTABILITY...TO PRODUCE ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY

Several amateur radio operators and the public reported that hail, ranging in size from dimes to golf balls, fell from 10 to 12 minutes and accumulated up to four inches deep on the ground in some spots. The hail damaged several cars and roofs of homes. In addition, the hail stripped trees and damaged corn crops in the area.
