GUSTING OVER 50 MPH THE PAST HOUR OR TWO...WITH THE SANDBURG ASOS
GUSTING 38KTS THE PAST HOUR. HAVE THEREFORE ISSUED A WIND ADVISORY
FOR THE REST OF THE NITE INTO SUNDAY MORNING AS A PRECAUTION. IN THE
SOUTH END OF THE SJV...SOUTHEAST WINDS AT KBFL SUDDENLY SHIFTED TO
THE SE WITH 30KT GUSTS. THEIR TEMP ALSO JUMPED UP TO 63 DEGS IN 1
HOUR. THIS DOWNSLOPING OFF THE TEHACHAPIS WILL CREATE SOME TOUGH
