A BUSY NIGHT WITH STRATIFORM RAIN ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
CWA AND CONVECTION STILL GOING IN THE SOUTHEAST PORTION. DID UPDATE
THE ZONES EARLIER TO ACCOUNT OF INCREASED CLOUD COVER AND LONGER
DURATION OF PRECIP.
