CLOUDS HAVE CLEARED THE CWA ALREADY EARLY THIS EVENING.  THE MAIN FOCUS
FOR THE FORECAST FOR THE REST OF TONIGHT IS NOW ON LOW TEMPERATURES AND
WINDS.  SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT AS WELL AS WINDS ALOFT HAVE BEEN
INCREASING SO FAR THIS EVENING.  WITH THE GRADIENT AND WINDS PICKING UP
MANY WYOMING LOCATIONS WILL HAVE LOWS EARLY TONIGHT...WHICH IS HANDLED
WELL IN CURRENT FORECAST.  THE SURFACE WINDS HAVE INCREASED OVER THE
MOUNTAINS...LARAMIE VALLEY AND LOWER ELEVATIONS OF CARBON COUNTY SINCE
SUNSET.  WIND GUSTS AS OF 02Z HAVE BEEN GUSTING TO 50 MPH AT KARL.
WILL INCREASE WIND SPEEDS IN CURRENT FORECAST...BUT EXPECTED SURFACE
PRESSURE GRADIENTS AND 700 MB WINDS SHOULD NOT BE ENOUGH FOR A HIGH
WIND WARNING.

Very strong winds raked across areas of southeast Wyoming over and near the mountains.Gusts to 75 mph were recorded near Arlington, WY, while gusts to 67 mph were recorded along Interstate 25 near Chugwater, WY.
