A storm system moved across southern Canada on Saturday, Oct 6th. The associated cold front moved across Vermont during the morning of Oct 6th with strong gusty winds statewide. However, in west Rutland (Rutland county), the roof was blown off a manufacturing Company, a tree was blown over onto a house with structural damage and trees and power lines were blown down.
