SYNOPSIS...MOISTURE OVER SOUTHERN UTAH WILL SPREAD ACROSS MOST OF
THE NORTH TONIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY. SLOW DRYING FROM THE WEST

CLOUD TOPS HAVE DEVELOPED IN THE NE FLANK AHEAD OF LOW OVER S NV AND
NW AZ THIS EVE...WITH FAIRLY LARGE PRECIP SHIELD ON CDC RADAR OVER S
TIER OF STATE...AND MOVING NORTH. THIS WILL MOVE NE OVER SOUTH AND
EASTERN UTAH OVERNIGHT...ONLY GRAZING NW UT. HAVE ADDED CHANCE POPS
TO PROVO ZONE AS LOW CLOUDS AND WEAK RADAR RETURNS MOVED INTO THIS
AREA THIS EVENING. ALSO UPPED THE POPS FOR THE ALTA ZONE TO
LIKELY. HAVE BUMPED THE SNOW NUMBERS IN SW MTNS A BIT AS MAY HAVE A
BIT OF A CONVECTIVE COMPONENT ENHANCE THE PRECIP. OTHERWISE SNOW
ADVISORIES LOOKS GOOD FOR S MTNS AND HIGHER VALLEY ZONES OF S UTAH.
WILL HANG ONTO WIND ADVISORY FOR N WASATCH FRONT. ALTHOUGH WINDS
NOT REACHING ADVSRY YET...WINDS ARE SLOWLY INCREASING...AND SHOULD
HIT ADVSRY BY MORN AS GRADIENT TIGHTENS AND 700 WINDS INCREASE DUE
TO APPROACHING LOW. ADDED MENTION OF WINDS TO SEVERAL N UTAH
ZONES...AND REMOVED MENTION OF FOG DUE TO WINDS AND INCREASED DEWPT
DEPRESSIONS. WINDS SHOULD DIE DOWN FAIRLY QUICKLY DURING THE DAY
WEDNESDAY AS GRADIENT RELAXES. OTHERWISE PACKAGE LOOKS GOOD...WITH
