WITH A SERIES OF S/WVS APPROACHING THE CWA. OVERALL WX PATTERN WILL
BE SOMEWHAT SIMILAR TO YESTERDAY. SUBTLE DIFF IN WIND FIELD WILL
MEAN NOT QUITE AS MUCH SHEER TODAY...HOWEVER SHEER WILL STILL EXIST.
AMPLE MOISTURE...PWATS AROUND 1.5 INCHES...SFC MOIST CONVER (MORE
OVER W CWA)...DIFFLUENCE ALOFT...UPPER LEVEL JET NOSING IN...ALL
POINT TO NUMEROUS TSTMS. WITH HVY RAIN YESTERDAY OVER LARGE PORTION
OF CENTRAL CWA AND W PORTIONS OF COASTAL COUNTIES...PLUS EXPECTED
SFC CONV FOCUSED A BIT MORE TWD RIO GRANDE PLAINS...AND LOW FFG
