DRIER AIR IN THE MID/UPPER LEVELS IS CLEARLY FILTERING IN ACROSS ALL OF WEST CENTRAL TEXAS. LATEST ETA AND AVN SOLUTIONS SHOWING SUBSIDENCE ACROSS THE AREA WITH THE UPWARD VVS OVER EAST TX. WITH THE CURRENT FLOOD WATCH SET TO EXPIRE AT 5AM...WILL GO AHEAD AND CANCEL THE WATCH ACROSS THE HEARTLAND AND NORTHWEST HILL COUNTRY.
