MEANWHILE...A WEAK COLD FRONT HAS STALLED OVER SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND THE NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN. THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY UNSTABLE THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON... ESPECIALLY ALONG AND BEHIND THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY.
