SOME SPLITTING AS IT MOVES ONSHORE HELPING TO MINIMIZE ITS IMPACT.
LOOKS LIKE THE COLD FRONT WILL BE ONTO THE COAST AROUND 18Z AND
REACHING CASCADES BETWEEN 21-00Z. EXPECT LIGHT PRECIP TO BEGIN ALONG
EAST SLOPE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AHEAD OF THE FRONT BUT REST OF
FORECAST AREA WILL SEE BEST CHANCE OF PRECIP THIS EVENING AND INTO
TONIGHT. PRECIP TAPERS OFF ALONG THE EAST SLOPES AND BASIN AREAS BY
EARLY EVENING AS WESTERLY FLOW DEVELOPS THE RAIN SHADOW AFFECT.
PRECIP AMOUNTS WILL BE LIGHT WITH THIS SYSTEM SO NO NEED FOR
