WILL ISSUE A HIGH WIND WARNING FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA TODAY AND A WIND ADVISORY FOR EARLY TONIGHT.  A STACKED LOW
WILL MOVE THROUGH SOUTHERN CANADA TODAY PUTTING NORTH DAKOTA IN THE
AREA OF STRONGEST WINDS.  A STRONG PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS THE STATE AND SURFACE WINDS WILL LINK TO WINDS ALOFT CREATING
OPTIMAL CONDITIONS.  PEAK WINDS AT GGW AND OLF HAVE EXCEEDED 40KTS
AND WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH THE MORNING. WINDS IN WILLISTON AND
DICKINSON SHOULD PICK UP BY SUNRISE WITH WINDS SPREADING ACROSS THE
CWA BY EARLY AFTERNOON.  WINDS WILL DIE OFF THIS EVENING AS THE LOW
EXITS THE REGION. WILL ALSO ADD A CHANCE OF SHOWERS TO FORECAST AS
SHOWERS ARE INDICATED BY RADAR ON THE LEADING EDGE OF COLD
FRONT/STRONG WINDS MOVING TOWARD ND. TEMPS ALSO A PROBLEM...AND FOR
NOW WILL GO WITH PREVIOUS FORECAST.  STRONG COLD ADVECTION WILL BE
