THUNDERSTORMS APPEAR UNLIKELY...WITH NO MID LEVEL DYNAMICS...NO SURFACE FOCUSING FEATURES...AND A STRONG CAP IN PLACE. THE SITUATION WILL BE REPEATED AGAIN ON SATURDAY.
