ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS DISTURBANCE WILL BE AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THESE CONDITIONS WILL CAUSE THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP AND SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE. THE AREA OF MOST CONCERN IS SOUTH OF A LINE FROM NEAR RODANTHE ON THE OUTER BANKS TO NEAR LAGRANGE IN LENOIR COUNTY.
