AS OF THE LATE AFTERNOON...A STATIONARY FRONT CONTINUED TO EXTEND ALONG THE NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTH CAROLINA BORDER. A VERY HUMID AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS EXISTS ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING...ALONG THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY AND ALONG THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE MOUNTAINS.
