DRY WEATHER TO CONTINUE...AND ALL OF OUR PA AND NJ COUNTIES HAVE
BEEN PLACED UNDER A DROUGHT WATCH...EXCEPT FOR CHESTER PA WHICH IS
NOW UNDER A DROUGHT WARNING. SEE PHLESSPHL FOR THE LATEST DROUGHT
STATEMENT.

LOW PRESSURE OVER NOVA SCOTIA WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NE TONIGHT...AS
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY BUILDS IN. ETA SHOWS THE SC NOW E
OF LAKE ONTARIO SPREADING OVER THE CWA TONIGHT...AND TIME-HEIGHT
CROSS SECTION HAS MOISTURE JUST ABOVE H85 OVER PHL AROUND MIDNIGHT.
AVN IS DRIER WITH THIS FEATURE. WITHOUT ANY UPPER LEVEL SUPPORT...A
BRIEF PERIOD OF CLOUDINESS IS POSSIBLE IN NRN ZONES...BUT THINK REST
OF CWA WILL REMAIN CLEAR. IDEAL RADIATIONAL CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE
IN PLACE TONIGHT...AS WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN STRONG ENOUGH
TO PREVENT ATMOSPHERE FROM DECOUPLING.

A BACK DOOR COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA ON WED. BUFKIT
SOUNDINGS SHOW AN INVERSION FORMING NEAR H80...WITH MOISTURE TRAPPED
BENITH IT. WILL GO PTLY SUNNY N AND MSTLY SUNNY S...ALTHOUGH THIS
MAY BE A LITTLE TOO OPTIMISTIC. NGM FWC/S BRING IN THE CLOUDS A
LITTLE LATER THAN THE ETA/AVN WOULD INDICATE...SO WENT WITH THE
COOLER MAV/S FOR HIGHS.

FRONT STAYS FAR ENOUGH SW OF CWA WED NIGHT TO ALLOW SKIES TO CLEAR A
BIT...ESPECIALLY IN NRN ZONES...AND SOME RADIATIONAL COOLING MAY
OCCUR.

THE FRONT COMES BACK AS A WARM FRONT BEGINNING THU MORNING. THE AVN
IS THE WETTEST OF THE MODELS AND SHOWS THE POSSIBILITY OF A TRACE
PRECIP EVENT IN ERN PA...BUT WITHOUT ANY UVV OR PVA...PRECIP SEEMS
UNLIKELY.

MARINE: SCA WILL REMAIN UP ON ALL WATERS AS CAA CONTINUES.
