Six inches of new snow was reported in Ruth and Austin. Six to eight inches of new snow was reported on Emigrant Pass. Eight inches of snow fell in Lamoille and 11 inches in Spring Creek near the Ruby Mountains. Eleven inches of snow fell on Big Creek Summit in southern Lander county.

INTO ARIZONA ON THURSDAY.  SURFACE LOW CURRENTLY EAST OF TONOPAH
FORECAST TO TRACK NORTHEAST ACROSS CWA AND DEEPEN SLIGHTLY INTO THE
EVENING...MOVING EAST INTO UTAH THURSDAY MORNING.  CURRENT INFRARED
SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWING JET MAX NEAR SAN DIEGO ROUNDING BASE OF
TROF.  MODELS IN FAIRLY GOOD AGREEMENT TAKING JET MAX ACROSS

ALONG THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST. MODELS KEEP SCATTERED CATEGORY
POPS ON THURSDAY...WILL PUT IN 30-40 POPS FOR SNOW SHOWERS MOST
AREAS.  WILL INCREASE POPS ABOUT 10 PERCENT BEGINNING IN THE WEST
