WILL ISSUE SNOW ADVISORY ABOVE 6500 FEET FOR THE TAHOE AREA AND MOUNTAINS OF LASSEN COUNTY. GUSTY WINDS AROUND THE AREA ARE PRODUCING SOME DIFFICULT TRAVEL IN WASHOE VALLEY SOUTH OF RENO.
