WITH STRENGTH OF LEE TROUGH STRENGHTENING AND WANING IN RESPONSE TO
BUILDING UPPER LEVEL RIDGE. RIDGE IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN RATHER FLAT
TODAY...WITH ZONAL UPPER LEVEL FLOW AND ENOUGH HIGH LEVEL MOISURE
FOR A RESPECTABLE CHINOOK ARCH TO PERSIST THROUGH THE DAY. WILL
CONTINUE FORECAST OF MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES ALONG EAST SLOPES...WITH
DOWNSLOPE WINDS AND INCREASED THICKNESSES HELPING TEMPERATURES TO
