ON THE SFC THIS MORNING A THUNDERSTORM CLUSTER IS MOVING INTO THE
EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN COUNTIES...WITH SOME CONVECTIVE DEVELOPMENT
ELSEWHERE IN THE EASTERN CWFA. 70 DEW POINT THIS HOUR AT KSDY AND 60
DEW POINTS ALL UP AND DOWN THE MT/ND BORDER. FARTHER WEST CONVECTION
ON GOING OVER THE MOUNTAINS TO THE WEST WITH THE MAIN TROF. POSITIVE
OMEGA REMAINS IN PLACE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE OVERNIGHT HOURS
HERE IN EASTERN MONTANA...CAN EXPECT CONVECTION TO CONTINUE THROUGH
THE MORNING HOURS.

MODELS SHOW MAIN H5 TROF TO MAINLY STAY ABOVE THE 49TH PARALLEL
TODAY...HOWEVER ABOVE 850MB IN THE EAST REMAINS RATHER UNSTABLE
THROUGH THE NOON HOUR. WILL KEEP MORNING TSRA WORDING FOR THE ZONES.
FOR THIS AFTERNOON GOOD SUBSIDENCE ACROSS THE AREA...LOOKS LIKE
MOST AREAS CAN LINK UP TO 800MB...WHICH SHOULD MIX DOWN THE 20-25KT
WINDS...WILL KEEP WINDS IN THE 15-25 RANGE FOR NOW. WILL REMOVE PM
TSRA FROM ZONES...THE ATMOSPHERE REMAINS RATHER STABLE THROUGH LATE
TUESDAY AFTERNOON. WE SHOULD KEEP WESTERLY WINDS THROUGH TUESDAY
MORNING BEFORE THE WINDS SWITCH AROUND TO THE SOUTHEAST TO BRING
BACK SOME MOISTURE TO THE REGION AND A RETURN TO THE PM/OVERNIGHT
TSRA ACTIVITY.        PROTON

EXTENDED...MODELS CONTINUE TO ADVERTISE SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT THROUGH
MUCH OF THE EXTENDED. CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH SATURDAY WITH
WEAK DISTURBANCE EMBEDDED IN THE SOUTHWEST FLOW. RIDGE STARTS TO
BUILD OVER THE REGION SUNDAY...RESULTING IN DRIER CONDITIONS AND
WARMER TEMPERATURES. WILL ADD A TUESDAY NIGHT FOR THUNDERSTORMS
