EXPECT HIGH WINDS TO MOVE OUT INTO THE REMAINDER OF THE PLAINS AS A FAST MOVING SHORT WAVE MOVES THROUGH SOUTHERN ALBERTA AND NORTHERN MONTANA TODAY AND EARLY TONIGHT. NEW ETA SIMILAR TO OLD PROGS. EXPECT SOME SNOW NORTHERN ROCKIES WITH THIS SHORT WAVE. UPPER RIDGE BUILDS PACIFIC NORTHWEST ON SATURDAY. NO UPDATE OF ZONES. OARD EXTENDED...MEDIUM RANGE MODELS APPEAR TO HAVE FAIRLY GOOD RUN TO RUN CONSISTENCY...AND ACCEPTABLE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT MODELS. UPPER LEVEL RIDGE REMAINS OVER NRN ROCKIES THRU THE WEEKEND...THEN SHIFTS EASTWARD BY LATE MONDAY AS A SERIES OF SHORTWAVES BEGIN TO DIG INTO THE EASTERN PACIFIC.
