MIDWEST WHILE A BROAD TROF MOVES ACROSS THE EASTERN PACIFIC. SEVERAL
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES HAVE BEEN MOVING THRU THIS PATTERN. THE
RESULT ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST HAS BEEN EXTENSIVE PRECIP WHILE
EAST OF THE CONTDVD THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN WIND. ANOTHER SHORTWAVE HAS
JUST MOVED OVER THE CWA AND WINDS SHOULD DECREASE AS THIS MOVES EAST.
WINDS ARE STILL GUSTING TO 50 KTS OVER BROWNING AND WILL LEAVE
