ISSUED WIND ADVISORY FOR ROUGHLY EASTERN THIRD OF COUNTY WARNING AREA. TWO TORNADO WATCHES REMAIN IN EFFECT WITH THE FIRST EXPIRING AT 100 PM AND THE OTHER AT 300 PM. TEMPERATURES AT 1000 AM NOW IN THE UPPER 40S AT BATON ROUGE AND MAY FALL INTO THE 40 TO 45 DEGREE RANGE BASED ON TEMPERATURES IN THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE STATE BY LATE AFTERNOON.
