CURRENT FORECAST OF ISOLATED NORTH TO SCATTERED SOUTH WILL NEED TO BE SCATTERED NORTH AND WIDESPREAD SOUTH. SKY COVER MAY BE TRICKY AS CLOUDS TEND TO THIN OUT BY MIDDAY IN STRONG SOUTHERLY FLOW REGIMES...BUT 70-80 PERCENT HUMIDITIES AT CLOUD LEVEL PROGGED TO RETAIN FOR AFTERNOON...PLUS DEVELOPMENT AND MOTION OF CURRENT PRECIP...WILL WORD MOSTLY CLOUDY.
