NORTHWEST WINDS REPORTED AT KLFK AND KIAH WITH ABOUT A 15 TO 18 DEGREE (F) TEMPERATURE DROP IN ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES BEHIND THE FRONT. FRONT SHOULD BE TO A KPOE-KBPT LINE BETWEEN 11 AM AND NOON...
