...RETRASMISSION...

LKG CLOSELY AT POTENTIAL REPEAT OF MCS ACTIVITY AGAIN TNGT.
MDLS/SPC ARE PEGGING THE ERN CO TO DOWNSTREAM ALONG THE NEB...KS
BRDR AS THE PRIMARY TARGET AREA. SATELLITE...SFC OBS AND LIGHTNING
DISPLAYS SHOW THE APPROACH OF THE WAVE...FALLING PRES OVR ERN CO AND
SFC MSTR AXIS ALNG THE BRDR. SO WL GO ALNG...WITH UPGRADE TO LIKELY
POPS FOR THE KS CWA.

ANOTHER AREA OF CONCERN IS FM THE BLACK HILLS INTO THE NRN NEB
PANHANDLE WHERE THE MRNG UAA ANALYSIS INDS AN 850 MSTR AXIS...DVLPG
DIFFLUENCE ALOFT...A SUNNY SKY FOR DESTABILIZATION WITH UPSLOPE SFC
WND. EARLY AFTN ANALYSIS SHOWS THE EXPECTED LEE TROFFING WITH A CU
FIELD DVLPG TO THE WEST OF UNR...AND NR THE ANALYZED MSTR AXIS. ETA
PROGS THE MORE FAVORABLE Q-VECTOR CNVRGNC IN THIS AREA WITH EWD/SEWD
CORFIDI VECTORS ALONG THE SD/NEB BRDR OVRNGT...BUT THICKNESS AND
MSTR ORIENTATION MAY SPPRT MORE OF A SERN PROPAGATION OF ANY CLUSTER
WHICH MAY DVLP UP YONDER. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT CHC POPS WL BE
MAINTAINED FOR THE NEB AREA...WITH HIGHER NMBRS FOR THE NRN CWA.

PATTERN PERSISTS SO MINIMAL CHANGES WL BE MADE FOR THE REST OF THE
PACKAGE. WL ENTER A SMALL CHC OF RA IN THE ERN COUNTIES ON WED MRNG
TO COVER ANY EXITING ACTIVITY...AND MAINTAIN THE RESTRICTION OF
SMALL NEB POPS TO THE WRN ZONES FOR TSRA COMING OFF THE HIGH
PLNS...BUT WL ADD A NGTTIME CHC TO KS AREA DUE TO UNCERTAIN
PLACEMENT OF FRONT/BOUNDARY AS PER COORDINATION WITH TOPEKA.

IN THE EFP...GENLY ZONAL FLOW OVR THE CNTRL PLNS SHOULD INCRS WITH
CANADIAN/MRF PROGGED LOW XG SRN CAN AND FLAT RIDGE OVR THE SRN

MINOR ADJUSTMENTS WL RESULT IN RA MENTION EVERY OTHER DAY OR SO WITH
