Heavy snow fell in the higher elevations of extreme southern Idaho. Amounts of 12 inches were recorded at the Pomerelle ski resort with 12 inches also at Howell Canyon and 17 inches at Magic Mountain. Lesser amounts of 1 to 3 inches were reported in lower elevations of the Snake River Plain with this system.
