RAPIDLY SO I WILL LEAVE AS IS.  PWAT THIS MORNING CAME IN AT 2.06
INCHES...SEASONABLY HIGH...I THINK WE WILL SEE WIDESPREAD COVERAGE
TODAY THE K INDEX IS 35...NO NEGATIVE CAPE. I WILL BUMP OUT WINDS
AND SEAS A BIT IN THE COASTALS.
