OF TULARE AND KERN COUNTIES A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS IN THE SOUTH VALLEY.
SATELITTE INDICATING CLEARING ALREADY OCCURRING OVER MERCED AND NW
FRESNO COUNTIES THIS MORNING. AS UPPER LOW CONTINUES TO MOVE SOUTH
WILL SEE THIS CLEARING TREND CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTH. WILL UPDATE
ZONES TO REMOVE PRECIP FROM THE NORTHERN ZONES. IN THE SOUTH...
SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE INTO AFTERNOON BEFORE ENDING.
WINDS IN THE KERN MOUNTAINS AND DESERT HAVE DROPPED BELOW ADVISORY
CRITERIA THIS MORNING AND WILL ALLOW THE WIND ADVISORY TO EXPIRE.
HOWEVER...BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH
AND BELOW PASSES TODAY. WIND ALOFT TO VEER AND DIMINISH AS SHORT
WAVE RIDGE BUILDS OVER THE AREA THURSDAY.

SETS THE STAGE FOR LOWS IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S FOR THE CENTRAL AND
