THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ENDED OVER WEST CENTRAL NEVADA WITH A FEW
DISSIPATING WEST OF THE CREST. OVERRUNNING PRECIP OVER EASTERN
CALIFORNIA NOT VERY WIDESPREAD BUT UPPER LOW WITH DECENT DYNAMICS TO
MOVE IN SUNDAY MORNING. BEST VERTICAL MOTION DOES NOT APPEAR TO MOVE
IN TIL 12Z TO THE WEST SLOPES BUT OVERRUNNING AND OROGRAPHICS SHOULD
KEEP STEADY PRECIP GOING OVER SIERRA. MODELS CONTINUE TREND OF
PUSHING DYNAMICS SOUTHEAST INTO MONO COUNTY LATER SUNDAY THOUGH NGM
NOT AS FAR SOUTH AS ETA. A BIT CONCERNED THAT AVN/ETA QPF ARE
MARGINAL FOR WARNING. BUT WITH COLD POOL ALOFT MODELS HAVE 0 TO -2
LIFTED INDICES MOVING IN SHOULD SEE CONVECTION AGAIN SUNDAY FOR HIGHER
AMOUNTS. WILL ADD SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY WEST CENTRAL
IN AREA OF LOWER STABILITY AND LITTLE BETTER 700/300 DIVERGENCE
COUPLET. SYSTEiM VERY SLOW TO MOVE OUT WITH UPPER LOW OVER TAHOE MONDAY
SO SNOW LIKELY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. DP
