THERE IS CONSIDERABLE OVERRUNNING MOISTURE SPREADING OVER THE AREA AND SNOW HAS BEEN FALLING IN THE SIERRA WITH SEVERAL INCHES REPORTED ALREADY AT 7000 FEET OR HIGHER. WILL ISSUE SNOW ADVISORY ABOVE 6500 FEET FOR THE TAHOE AREA AND MOUNTAINS OF LASSEN COUNTY. GUSTY WINDS AROUND THE AREA ARE PRODUCING SOME DIFFICULT TRAVEL IN WASHOE VALLEY SOUTH OF RENO. WILL HOLD OFF ON WIND ADVISORY AS THE 700 FLOW ON MORNING MODELS IS DECREASING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND THE WINDY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING ARE NOT WIDESPREAD.
