VORT MAX OFF THE NORTHERN CA COAST LOOKS TO BE TURNING MORE TO THE
EAST IN LINE WITH PROGS.  SNOW HAS RECENTLY INCREASED ON THE SIERRA
AND THE NEW ETA STILL SHOWS INCREASING QPF THROUGH 09 TO 12Z.  RECENT
TRENDS AND QPF FROM THE ETA AND OUR LOCAL MESOSCALE MODEL RUNS SHOW
THAT THERE WILL BE ENOUGH SNOW IN NORTHERN ZONE 5/70 FOR A SNOW
ADVISORY.  WILL ADD THIS TO THE CURRENT SUITE AND CONTINUE THE OTHER
WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES AS THEY ARE EXCEPT TO LOWER THE WARNING AREA
IN ZONE 71.  TROUGH AXIS COMES THROUGH THIS AREA LATE SATURDAY
AFTERNOON OR SATURDAY EVENING AND SNOW WILL DROP OFF TO LIGHT SHOWERS
AFTER IT DOES.  SNOW COULD PICK UP AGAIN SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY
NIGHT AS A SHORT WAVE DROPS DOWN FROM THE NORTH BUT ANY ACCUMULATIONS
WILL BE MUCH LOWER THAN TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.  COREY
