A SLIVER OF MID LEVEL COLD AIR ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHORT WAVE TROUGH IS MOVING ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHERN ALABAMA...AIDING SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPEMENT.
