Small streams in the eastern portion of the county flooded roads and damaged private bridges.
Small streams, such as Derrick Fork, Frog Creek, Kelly Creek, Leggs Fork, and Sigmon Fork, flooded roads and damaged private bridges. Water was 3 to 4 cinder blocks high on 3 to 5 houses.
Oldtown and Rayburn Creeks flooded roads and caused minor damage to a few dwellings.
