Localized heavy rains fell in the Zion National Park area, producing some flash floods on Pine Creek and in portions of The Narrows. Two parties of 4 hikers were trapped near The Narrows, and were forced to stay overnight as the waters receded. They hiked out the following afternoon and were rescued.
