Coordinates: 30.890, -99.821 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Heavy rainfall of 3 to 5 inches caused many creeks and draws in northwest Menard County to rise. Highway 190 at the intersection of Ranch Road 864 was closed when the San Saba River rose and flooded a low water crossing. Ranch Road 2092 just east of Menard was also flooded as Scalp Creek climbed out of its banks.
