A strong downburst hit Wind Cave National Park. A large area of trees were blown down or snapped in half and numerous trees also had broken branches.

A strong downburst hit Wind Cave National Park. A large area of trees were blown down or snapped in half and numerous trees also had broken branches. Large hail stripped leaves, pine needles and bark off of trees. No estimate on hail size is available, as the park was closed at the time.
