After a brief break, lake effect snow bands redeveloped during the late evening hours. A heavy period of snow began before daybreak on the 22nd and continued through the late morning hours. Accumulations of 8 to 10 inches were reported in northern Trumbull, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties. A maximum of 13.5 inches fell in Lake County.
