Heavy rain produced a variety of flooding reports in Brunswick county. In Bolivia, law enforcement reported many roads underwater. Ocean Isle Beach had similar problems, with many road underwater and one report of rain falling at the rate of 3 inches per hour. Greenloop Road, a street in Leland, was reported to be washed out due to the rising water, and in Holden Beach, law enforcement reported more streets flooded, with traffic at a standstill.
