Light snow fell across the area with accumulations generally 3 to 6 inches. Specifically, the following accumulations were reported: In Essex county Elizabethtown reported 3 inches while Newcomb had 4.5 inches. In Clinton county, Ellenburg Depot reported 6 inches while Peru had 3 inches. In Franklin county, Tupper Lake received 2.5 inches while Malone had 4.5 inches. In St Lawrence county, Gouverneur reported 3.5 inches.
