A powerful low pressure system pushing through southern Nevada produced strong winds gusting to 52 mph in Pahrump, NV. Several billboards and a light pole were blown over. Several roofs were also blown off during the strong winds. Visibility at times was near zero in blowing dust along Highway 372.
