A strong upper level disturbance helped develop a low pressure system in the central Ohio Valley on the 13th. The low moved quickly off to the northeast that night. This system brought another round of snow to the central and southern Great Lakes. The heaviest snow was near the Ohio border, with 6.5 inches of snow in Monroe and Adrian. Most of the rest of the area picked up 3 to 6 inches. The accumulated snow caused a golf dome in Burton to burst while it was being deflated.
