Strong, slow-moving thunderstorms produced torrential rainfall of up to 3 inches in just over an hour over portions of Garrett County. In the Keysers Ridge area, minor road flooding was reported on SR 40. Mudslides were also reported along Interstate 68, where nearly half a foot of water and debris covered the roadway. Several other roads in the county reported flooding, including Devils Half Acre Road, which was partially washed away. In the Grantsville area, Mill Camp Road was also flooded.
