Wind Advisories were issued in the early morning hours for the desert portions of Kern County as winds were gusty. The Jawbone RAWS station reported 39 MPH at 1400 PST; Inyokern METAR had sustained wind of 30 Kts at 1345 PST; and Mojave METAR had 30 Kts gusting to 40 Kts at 1346 PST.
