Northwest winds topped out at 41 mph at both Sacramento Executive and International Airports. In Vacaville...winds reached 45 mph. The winds were responsible for 3,000 SMUD outages and 8,600 PG&E outages. SMUD also reported that a 1/2 dozen power poles either had to be repaired or replaced.
