In Rialto, several roofs had shingles ripped off and one plate glass window was blown in. Trees and power lines and poles were also blown down, causing power outages to 10,000 customers. Sparks from power lines banging together started a house fire with the winds blowing embers onto adjacent fields and starting a wild fire.
