Three inches of rain in just over an hour caused Red Lake Wash to flow over Spring Valley Road about seven miles northeast of Williams. Some of the road was washed away at 100 PM.

Three inches of rain in just over an hour caused Red Lake Wash to flow over Spring Valley Road about seven miles northeast of Williams. Some of the road was washed away at 100 PM. Heavy rain at 530 PM caused Red Lake Wash to overflow its banks. The normally dry wash was still flowing at 820 PM.
