General 3 to 4 inch rainfall fell across the five counties during the mid afternoon period, resulting in widespread flash flooding that continued into the evening period. The heaviest rain fell in Karnes County, with isolated totals to near 11 inches. Water was even reported to be covering a bridge near Panna Maria. Isolated totals between 6 and 8 inches of rain were reported between Gonzales and Moulton, with just over 6 inches in the Stockdale area. The heaviest rainfall in DeWitt County was just north of Cuero where nearly 5 inches fell.
