Flooding in Oregon, August 10 to 11, 1999
Based on reports of street flooding, an Urban Flood Warning was issued for the Klamath Falls area at 1608 PDT and expired at 1800 PDT. In a newspaper article, the Klamath Falls Herald and News indicated that several businesses and homes were flooded.
