Three to 6 inches of rain in the upper basin of the Blue River caused the river to flood around the Crete area. The river reached a crest of 20.26 feet at 600 am cst on 6/3/99, flood stage is 18 feet. Mainly lowland flooding of Agricultural land was observed.
